This law aims to define the implementation of military duties to contribute to nation-building and the defense of the motherland, which is a necessary duty and a great honor for the Cambodian people, and serves as the foundation for building forces for national defense and physical development, as well as cultivating patriotism, education, mindset, and discipline that are the needs of the nation.
