Cutting 3,818.76 ha of land in Kbal Khlar village of Phnom Thbeng 1 commune in Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province: 2,530.76 ha from ELC of TPP, and 1,288 ha from ELC of FP Malaysia (Cambodia) Plantation Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 3,558.76 ha as state private land for donating to 1,073 families; Reserving 260 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
