Sub-decree no. 30 on cutting and reclassifying 1,173 hectares of land of ELC and Forest Cover in Battambang province
Cutting 1,173 ha of land in Kandal and Thmey villages of O Dar commune and Kampong Chomlong Krom village of Tarkry commune in Kamreang district of Battambang province: 13.5 ha from former economic land concession of Leang Hour Hong Import and Export, Agro-Industry Development and Processing company, and 1,159.5 ha from permanent forest reserve cover; and Reclassifying all the land as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 577 families; and Granting rights to 962 private land parcels, 1 pagoda land, and 1 public land parcel.
