Cutting a total land of 1,473.38 ha in Ta Preach village of Ty Pea commune in Santuk district of Kampong Thom province: 978.77 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 494.61 ha from ELC of BNA; Reclassifying 1,410.52 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 280 families; Reserving 62.86 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 405 private land parcels, and 1 public land parcel.
