Cutting 853.10 ha of land in Souch village of Sdaov commune in Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province: 127.70 ha from ELC of TPP, 3.28 ha from ELC of Ample Focus (Cambodia), 609.80 ha from ELC of Distinct Harvest (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, and 112.32 ha from ELC of China Great Cause (Cambodia) Investment; Reclassifying 550.26 ha as state private land for donating to 273 families; and Reserving 302.84 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
