The land in the amount of 895.18 hectares from forest cover 2002 was reclassified as private state land to grant to 237 families of Mel indigenous community as the collective ownership in Paklae village, Roluos Mean Chey commune, Sambour district, Kratie province. In total the community will receive 26 parcels of land, including 14 land parcels for residence and 12 land parcels for agriculture production.
