Cultivation is the main production sector of agricultural production. In Vietnam, cultivation sector contributes to 75% of the value of annual agricultural production (in a narrow defifition). The development of cultivation industry has great economic significance. Cultivation sector plays the role of food production and food supply. Thus, development of cultivation sector will increase the food production and consumption, food per capita, which helps building a foundation for a comprehensive agriculture.
