Final report on survey of voter list, voter registration and audit of the voter list plus verification of the deletion forms for the 2013 national elections (SVRA-PLUS)
Each year, the voter list is subjected to revision and updates; all of the work is accomplished by National Election Committee (NEC), commune/Sangkat councilors and their clerks. In 2012, a year for the preparation of the voter list for the fifth mandate National Assembly Election 2013, the total number of 9,675,453 eligible voters reported by NEC was more than the total number of the population aged at and above 18 years, leading to a deletion of the duplicate names. The survey report found that the accuracy of the voter list and the deletion form for the 2013 national election voter list showcase errors in voter verification procedure, with a litter improvement from the 2007 commune election and the 2008 national election voter lists.
