Full data download taken from http://hdr.undp.org/sites/default/files/2015_statistical_annex_tables_all.xls. Raw overall score for five Lower Mekong countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) for ten years from 1980 (1980, 1990, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014) copied and pasted into new spreadsheet file and saved.
