In the recent years, many forestry policies has been planned, the legislation framework about forestry has been improved; more national and international programs, projects have been implemented, which promotes effective forest management, protection and development. However, from the objective point of view, the goals of equal and sustainable forest management, protection and development are not yet achieved as it is expected. Some national programs and projects have not been implemented with high quality or not inline with the timeline.
