The introduction of the Public Procurement System Reform Strategy 2019-2025 aims to accelerate and facilitate public procurement procedures in line with the direction of the 2018-2025 budget reform, with the need to study legal aspects, relevant study on past implementation, challenges ,and citing international experience to serve as a basis for reforming the public procurement system 2019-2025, designed to set strategic directions and roadmaps for reform of the key components of the public procurement system and also being implemented in a step-by-step and approach in line with the strategic framework and strategic direction of the 2018-2025 budget reform.
