Arbitral awards for the labor incident involving Can Sports Shoes Co., Ltd

The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to pay an overtime food allowance once a week. Regarding payment for unused annual leave, this was rejected, but the employer was ordered to help workers facilitate and encourage the use of their annual leave. The demand to install new card scanners was rejected. No orders or decisions were made regarding the other demands. This was a non-binding award.
