Decision No.41 on Establishment of Administration Shandong Sunshell Svay Rieng SEZ

The administrative committee of Shandong Sunshell Svay Rieng SEZ was established at Prey Angkunh commune, Bavet district, Svay Rieng province. This administrative structure consists of one representative president from the Cambodian Special Economic Zone committee and five representative members from varies responsible entities, namely the Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Customs and Excise, the Cambodia Import-Export Inspection and Fraud Repression Directorate General (Camcontrol) of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and the authority of Svay Rieng province. Some of the main responsibilities of such administrative body are: oversee the imports-exports of goods and customary applications, monitor activities of developers and investors in accordance to established laws and regulations and the request for registration of investment and varies certifications, including certification of the origin of goods.
