This Sub-Decree aims to ensure the management of Information Communication Technology​ (ICT) Industry with efficiency and accountability, guarantee and encourage the gathering of operations in ICT sector with the purpose of innovational thrust, economy growth and the swirl of national income and the insurance of security and safety for the people.
