A land of an area 473,176 square meters as defined in sub-decree no 124 on the establishment of Cheung Ek lake area and Channel located in Khan Meanchey and Khan Dangkao, Phnom Penh, and Ta Khmau district, Kandal province was cutted to state public property for reclassification as state private land to provide Orkiday Village 4 co.,ltd 374,678 square meters and Khau Kim bak 98,498 square meters.
