Cutting 516.93 ha of land Samrong village of Ty Pou commune in Santuk district of Kampong Thom province: 205.96 ha from ELC of BNA, and 310.97 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 499.01 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 147 families; Reserving 17.92 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting rights to 215 private land parcels.
