National report of Thailand. Review of administrative decisions of government by the Administrative Court of Thailand, report to the 10th Congress of IASAJ

This report provides an overview of the scope of the jurisdictional competence of the Administrative Court of Thailand with the emphasis on its power to review the administrative act regarded as a by-law and an administrative order, as well as the limitations of its jurisdictional competence. The issues relating to the administrative court procedure, and the execution of administrative cases by the court are provided respectively. In addition, examples of some relevant case law are also described.
