Chevron bought out of oil block for $65 million

KrisEnergy, a Singaporean-based oil and gas company, purchased additional 30% controlling interests in Cambodia’s Block A for $65 million from Chevron Global Energy Inc., raising its stake up to 52.25%. Located off the coast of Sihanoukville, the Block A extends over the area of 4,709 square kilometers.
