This report is targeted the Office of the Governor in Sekong(OoG), the epartment of Planning and Investment in Sekong (DPI), Sekong Ethnic People’s Development Project, SEP-Dev,GPAR Central, and other people, who might work with participatory planning and khumbanphathana1 in Lao PDR, especially those people who might continue work in Sekong after April 2006
