Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Performance Assessment Report 2021

Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP) has been carried since 2004, to modernize its public financial management systems and practices. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has applied the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) framework to assess its Public Financial Management system and guide its reform process since 2010. This 2021 assessment is the third assessment undertaken by the MEF with technical support from the European Union (EU).
