Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019)

Reasons and necessity of restricting the rights and freedoms of persons under this Act is for the protection of personal information effectively and for effective remedies for personal information owners from violating personal data rights in accordance with the conditions as provided in Section 26 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
