Circular No. 37/2005 / TT-BLDTBXH Working Guide for Labor Safety and Hygiene

This Circular applies to enterprises, agencies, organizations, and individuals employing laborers, including: a. Enterprises of all economic sectors; b. Individual production and business households, cooperative groups; c. Cooperatives established and operating under the Cooperative Law; d. Non-business units; Production, business and service organizations and units of non-business administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, socio-professional organizations and other social organizations. the people's army and police, foreign agencies or organizations or international organizations based in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, except for international treaties which the Socialist Republic Vietnamese signed or joined otherwise provided; e. Other organizations and individuals employing laborers.
