Inter-Ministerial Circular on the adjustment of documents for transfer of budget resources from Commune/Sangkat fund to Commune/Sangkat administration and from Municipal/District fund to Municipal/District administration

This inter-ministerial circular is responsible for revising the document format on the transfer of budget resources for commune/sangkat administrations and municipal administrations by eliminating the use of "expenditure transfer vouchers" instead of "budget transfer" and the transfer of budget resources for administration.
