Law on the amendment of the election law

This law provides for the amendment of the law on the election of the national assembly, the law on the election of commune / Sangkat councils, the law on the election of senators and the law on the election of capital, provincial, municipal and district councils. The Khan council aims to promote the values of multi-party liberal democracy enshrined in the constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the supreme law of the nation, and to promote the accountability of political leaders to be elected through elections. Multi-party liberal democracy at both the national and sub-national levels.

Short notes of change

The election law was amended by the Law on the Election of Members of the National Assembly, which amended Articles 23, 142 and 143, the Law on Commune / Sangkat Council Election, which was amended by Article 35, Article 171 and Article 172, and the Law on Election. Senators have amended Article 23 new 24 25 26 new 27 28 29 30 31 new 32 new 33 34 35 36 and Article 37 of the Law on the Election of Members of the National Assembly, the Law on the Election of the Capital Council, Provincial Council and Council. Municipal, District Council, Khan Council amended Article 15.
