Royal Kram No.0620/020 promulgated the law on the mutual assistance in the criminal sector

This law defines criminal mutual assistance in the criminal sector between the Kingdom of Cambodia and foreign states in relation to criminal proceedings, as well as freezing, capture and foreclosure in order to strengthen and expand international cooperation.
