Sub-decree no. 114 on the reclassification of a location of 16,073 square meters in Thmey village, Sangkat Prey Thom, Kep city, Kep province

This sub-decree shows the reclassification of land from state public property on the area of 16,073 square meters of this sub-decree as state private property under the terms of a lease to the company KNAI BANG CHATT (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. on the investment project to develop tourism services in the green plant area. And coastal areas, which are subject to procedures under the Ministry of Interior, Kep Provincial Administration as the authority in charge of state property and in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance as the authority in charge of state property and relevant ministries and institutions in accordance with the law. And the principles of the Royal Government.
