Sub-decree no. 228 on adjusting the area of Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh with the intent to cut an area of 10,503 meters (ten thousand five hundred square meters) in Phsar Lech village, Sangkat Prek Pnov, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, which is to be owned by 15 families with taxes and duties borne by the state.
