Sub-decree No. 87 on the ethics of competent officials in studying, organizing, implementing and managing public infrastructure projects

This sub-decree sets out the basic principles of the code of conduct for competent officials to study, organize, implement and manage public infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Cambodia from all sources of funding.
