Determining 3 sustainable use zones with total area of 26,617 hectares in Nature Protection Area, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to 3 companies (9,224 hectares in Lumphat Wildlife Sanctuary in Lumphat district of Ratanakiri to Jing Zhong Ri Co., Ltd; 8,708 hectares in Phnom Prich Wildlife Sanctuary in Keo Seima district of Mondulkiri to Investment and Development Dai Thanh (Cambodia) J.S.C Ltd; and 8,685 hectares in Phnom Prich Wildlife Sanctuary in Keo Seima and Pech Cheada districts of Mondulkiri to Investment and Development Dai Nam (Cambodia) J.S.C Ltd).
