2024 Annual report on monitoring and evaluation of implementing PFMRP stage 4

The General Secretariat of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform (GSC) has completed the 2024 Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Report on the Implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program and has published it on the official GSC’s Facebook Page and website. The year 2024 marks the second year of implementation of Phase 4 of the Public Financial Management Reform Program, “Performance Accountability,” which is the final and most advanced phase of the reform. This phase aims to establish a performance-informed budgeting system and promote a culture of accountability, thereby fostering a “performance culture” within the governance framework of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
