Freedoms of expression, association and assembly: A shrinking space

This is a fact-finding report that was conducted by Human Rights Delegations in compose of International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and the World Organization Against Torture (OMCT) between February 14 to 24, 2010. The main objectives of the mission is to investigate the general human rights situation and the environment in which human rights defenders carry out their work and to assess the impact of the existing legal framework and bills announced or proposed by the Government of Cambodia on human rights defenders.
