This​ policy​ brief​ discusses​ about​ the​ major​ challenges​ Cambodia​ might​ face​ from​ the​ unready​ and​ unstructured​ management​ on​ the​ revenues​ from​ oil​ and​ gas​ extraction.​ However,​ this​ policy​ brief​ describes​ the​ measures​ recommended​ to​ effectively​ manage​ and​ use​ resources​ through​ the​ good​ management​ of​ the​ revenues,​ focusing​ on​ the​ value​ chain​ and​ challenges,​ quality​ of​ institutions,​ spending-saving​ models​ as​ well​ as​ the​ in-depth​ analysis.
