Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydropower Plant Inaugurated

The Chinese-built Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydropower dam located in Bak Klong commune of Koh Kong province, in the Southwestern part of Cambodia has begun operation. The construction is agreed under the 35 years of build-operate-transfer(BOT) between China Huadian Corp and the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) at a cost of 495 million US dollars.
