LICADHO​ looks​ into​ "Land​ Allocation​ for​ Social​ and​ Economic​ Development​ (LASED)",​ a $13 million project which​ is​ supported​ by​ the​ World​ Bank​ and​ Deutsche​ Gesellschaft​ für​ Internationale​ Zusammenarbeit,​ to​ assess​ whether​ the​ rural​ poor​ in​ Cambodia​ really​ receive​ benefit​ from​ this​ project,​ as​ stated​ in​ the​ report​ of​ both​ agencies.
