According to a CDC press release on 25 December, it approved investment projects for a hotel and a commercial building. BOCC Development Co Ltd will invest US$1,181 million on building a five-star hotel with 500 rooms, building a four-star Serviced Hotel Apartment with 1,600 rooms, and building a commercial building located on Koh Pich.
