USAID Mekong ARCC climate impact and adaptation study for the Lower Mekong Basin, non-timber forest products and crop wild relatives

Part of the wider Climate Change Impact and Adaptation Study of the USAID Mekong ARCC project, this report documents a comparative analysis of the vulnerability of non-timber forest products (NTFP) and crop wild relatives (CWR). The report considers the vulnerability of a few selected NTFPs and CWRs as examples, uses a vulnerability assessment method to consider the biological and climate tolerances of these species, and makes adaptation recommendations for each. The results were then synthesized into a set of different approaches for encouraging greater resilience amongst the NTFPs and CWRs found in the region.
