Action plan on inclusive education 2019-2023 aims to provide a roadmap for supporting the persons with special needs so that they would have equitable access to inclusive, quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities. It also equips the persons with special needs with knowledge, skills, attitudes, values and morals so that they can fully participating in the development of society and ensuring commitment and participation of all stakeholders and development partners to achieve the shared vision.
