This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Great Duke Hotel (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Great Duke Hotel (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the company pay damages for laid-off workers in lieu of prior notices; second, 2) the company pay financial compensation in lieu of remaining annual leave; third, 3) the company pay owed seniority indemnity; and 4) the company pay damages. The outcome of the arbitral award was that, with regard to the first demand, the Arbitration Council ordered the employer to pay damages in lieu of prior notices. There was no decision on demand two.
