This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between IK Apparel Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of IK Apparel Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved, including 1) 300% wages for working during holidays; 2) increase attendance reward to $15; 3) a $10 commuting allowance; 4) a food allowance of 6000 KHR ($1.50), paid once a week. The outcome of the arbitral award was that workers’ demands were refused, except for the employer being ordered to pay the food allowance once a week. This was a binding award.
