This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Quality Textiles Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Quality Textiles Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer reduces heat in the buildings; 2) the employer installs hot and cold water systems for workers; 3) the employer pays wages twice per month; and 4) the employer provides 100% of the wage during work suspension in April and May 2020. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to take action to reduce the heat in buildings and to pay wages twice per month. The demand over water systems was withdrawn, and the demand for wages during the suspension was rejected.
