The compilation of laws and regulations applicable to banks and financial institutions is designed for public, especially for banks and financial institutions, to understand and to comply with the laws and regulations related to banking sector in Cambodia. This document was initially compiled in 2008 and has been subsequently updated in 2011 and 2016, and this 2021 edition is the third update. This edition includes new regulations issued from 2017 to mid 2021, removes regulations repealed, and inserts key amended regulations to provide the readers with comprehensive and up to date information.
