This document is prepared to define the strategic plan of the Royal Government of Cambodia for the disability sector to ensure that persons with disabilities receive increased employment and economic security, increased access to health services and rehabilitation, access to technical and vocational education and training, accessibility, equal participation, access to justice and freedoms, ensuring gender equality, reducing of risks and impacts of disasters, as well as strengthening cooperation within national and international frameworks, and ensuring the availability of reliable and comparable disability data and statistics.
