This article discusses the evolution and implementation of the plan. Especially with the preparation of a project or various resolutions officially, as well as guiding and resolving issues of urban planning. The work of the spatial planning, including the planning issues to be mapped in a somewhat different direction because of a change of circumstances is associated with the development of the city.
