Report on result of the evaluation national program for sub-national democratic development phase 1 (2010-2020) (Khmer)
The National Program for Sub-National Democratic Development Phase I (NPI), launched in 2010 and concluding in 2020, the main objective of the NPI is establishing effective management systems for Sub-National Administration (SNAs) in accordance with the principles of democratic participation that ensures the performance of SNA with transparency and accountability in promoting local economic development, deliver public services that address the priority needs of citizens in each locality, and contribute to poverty reduction.
