This survey report aims to study and understand the people's participation in democratic governance at national (National Assembly) and sub-national levels (commune councils), and establish the accountability of the elected constituency representatives, members of the National Assembly and commune/Sangkat councilors. Included in the key questions for the survey report are: How many eligible voters know or ever contacted any Parliamentary member?
