White paper on the 2013 general election for the 5th mandate of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia
Prepared by the Office of the Council of Ministers, this white paper demonstrates that the entire electoral process for the 5th mandate of the National Assembly was properly conducted in accordance with the Law on the Election of the Members of National Assembly (LEMNA) and the NEC Regulations and Procedures for the 5th Mandate of the National Assembly (Regulations and Procedures). The paper strongly criticizes Cambpdia National Rescue Party (CNRP), the opposition, and other civil society organizations, especially COMFREL.
