The company has the environmental management plan which includes, management plan, training activity, environmental assessment and monitoring, and funds to support and minimize the social and environmental impact.

The company provides fund to the community for celebrate traditional ceremony. The company is taking care on the livehood of the workers and their families: residence, hospital, school and other physical infrastructure.

The fund will be paid to the Ministry of Environmnet from 2018. This fund will be used in acordant to the sub-decree on social and environmental fund. In addition, the company has a plan for natural resource protection and restoration with the budget 2000 USD per year for 50 years.
