The first company name Nim Meng Group Co., Ltd. got a mining exploration agreement from the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) in October 27, 2010. Then Meng Xin Hong Fa (Cambodia) Resources Investment Co. Ltd. got authority from the first company to continue its exploration stage. Then, the MME granted a license to Meng Xin Hong Fa (Cambodia) Resources Investment Co. Ltd. in December 04, 2012.

Employed 30 local people and expected to provide more jobs between 150-200 workers in the first quarter of 2015.

The company has the environmental management plan which includes management plan, training activity, environmental assessment and monitoring, and funds to support and minimize the social and environmental impact.

The company provides fund to the community for celebrate traditional ceremony. The company is taking care on the livehood of the workers and their families: residence, hospital, school and other physical infrastructure.

The company provides USD 30,000 per year for 10 years to support activity such as reforestation, and natural resource management plan.
