The​ project​ will​ require​ approximately​ 1,200​ staffs​ and​ workers,​ including​ local​ people,​ plus​ Chinese​ staff​ at​ the​ construction​ stage​ and​ 88​ in​ operation​ and​ maintenance.

The company will provide some necessary training to staff such as technical training, legal knowledge, health care program, environmental and conservation knowledge.

The company has developed and set up a number of environmental management plans to mitigate and reduce negative environmental impacts to ensure the sustainability of the management of natural and social resources such as the proper management of waste, trees planting, natural resources and wildlife conservation as well as environmental fund allocation.

The company has allocated USD 2,556,206 for environmental protection during the project construction. Moreover, during the operational stage for 40 years, the company has allocated in total of USD 3,080,000 for environmental protection.
