The company commits: 1. this EMP is reliable and complete. 2. to follow EIA Procedures, Laws, Rules & Regulations. 3. to carry out the mitigation measures described in this EMP 4. as per the ECD's instruction, to update the EMP during the operation of the project 5. In the hotel closure period, to prepare the plans to reduce the environmental and social impacts.
